An opportunity to introduce soundscape.

A friend and longtime client reached out to revitalize another portion of his property, this time with his young daughter in mind. Discovery, whimsy, but not too “kid-like".” An exciting prompt! There was a lot of fallen timber on site that we took the chance to use. Johnny was stoked to build a swing set from these site materials and untreated ipe - a focal point of the garden. Among the flowering and pollinating life are berries hidden in little pockets. Euphorbia and Protea are little alien discoveries.

Best part : the Garden Sculpture. Made by Abe of on site fallen timber and Japanese cast iron and paper windchime. A soundscape to compliment the butterflies, bees, and little girl whirling about.

Design and Build by SGH.
